Refund & Return Policy

At THE WOLVES CLOTHING, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be in unused, unworn, unwashed, and new condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, washing, perfume, or makeup stains will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Innerwear, swimwear, socks
  • Accessories (earrings, hats, etc.)
  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality checks seriously. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please:

  1. Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a clear video recording taken before unboxing the item to show the damage.
    • The video must clearly capture:
      • The unopened package
      • The unsealing process
      • The damaged item upon removal
  3. This video evidence is required so we can verify the issue and file a claim with our logistics partner.
  4. Once verified, we will arrange an exchange or issue store credit as per your preference.

4. Refunds

  • We currently do not offer cash refunds for change of mind.
  • Approved returns will be processed as store credit or an exchange for another product of equal value.
  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

7. Important Notes

  • Returned items that fail our quality inspection will be shipped back to you at your cost.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.
