Refund & Return Policy

At THE WOLVES CLOTHING, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in unused, unworn, unwashed, and new condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, washing, perfume, or makeup stains will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Innerwear, swimwear, socks
- Accessories (earrings, hats, etc.)
- Sale or discounted items (final sale)
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality checks seriously. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please:
- Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and a clear video recording taken before unboxing the item to show the damage.
- The video must clearly capture:
- The unopened package
- The unsealing process
- The damaged item upon removal

- This video evidence is required so we can verify the issue and file a claim with our logistics partner.
- Once verified, we will arrange an exchange or issue store credit as per your preference.
4. Refunds
- We currently do not offer cash refunds for change of mind.
- Approved returns will be processed as store credit or an exchange for another product of equal value.
- Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
6. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
7. Important Notes
- Returned items that fail our quality inspection will be shipped back to you at your cost.
- We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.
